Jeff was thorough, detailed and efficient. He was also a dynamite communicator. So I understood the report and exactly what needed to be done to the house.

Affordable Inspections was recommended by our real estate agent and they were great. Super thorough. Their inspection report was clear, easy to read, and on time. We would use them again and also recommend them to people. They had to go back out to do our septic on another day because of weather and they were on it. They talked us through everything and we knew exactly what we needed to do.

I worked with Austin to have a radon mitigation system installed. He was the most affordable and offered different solutions to the problem of high radon levels that no other contractors offered.

The inspector spent about 4 hours looking at the home we are planning to buy. They generated an amazing report with pictures and text. Finally, there is a function on their web based inspection that allows the user to put together a 'to do' list for the seller which is very sophisticated. I would definitely use them again. Great company!!
