I am a Realtor in Hendersonville and I have used this company probably a dozen times for Home Inspections including Radon and Water testing. Jeff Wood is always on time and professional. As a first time home buyer it was great to have an inspector who clearly enjoyed his job and was willing to spend an hour walking through the house explaining everything, from a problematic sump pump in the basement, to live knob and tube wiring in the attic. When scheduling and confirming the appointment the person who answered the phone was clearly busy, usually on the road and asked to call back, but he always did so in a timely manner and with a friendly tone. I was very happy with the service, felt well informed as a buyer, and based on the report I did well in negotiations with the seller. I would recommend this company to friends and family.
