Austin has been really great to work with. He got us into his schedule quickly, which saved us precious time in our due diligence period. He also found some important deficiencies that were critical to get repaired, even though it was a new house. So glad that he did, so we don’t have any issues down the road. I also called him and asked for his professional opinion on other language that came up in other documents in our contract. He gave us good practical advice, in easy to understand language. Highly recommended.

Excellent service

Tim was the absolute best. We had a terrible experience with a previous home inspection company. Tim was absolutely thorough, knowledgeable, readily available to answer questions and help! I could not more highly recommend.

First negative review I’ve ever left. Less than a month in and I have almost $10,000 worth of plumbing and crawl space remediation repairs. My inspector apparently did not even check for leaks. He seemed rushed so unfortunately I’m having to pay for his errors. Definitely would not use again.

This was the company my agent chose for my inspection and It was for an out of state home purchase. Many things were missed and if noted I wouldn't have bought this house.

Professional, friendly, quick to get on schedule, good price

Inspector was on time but didn’t seem rushed although we followed him around. He clearly explained what problems appeared and suggested possible ways to approach repairs He didn’t try to sell us any “extra services”. Polite, timely, clear. We are well satisfied with the 2different inspections performed by Tim.

Doug with Affordable Inspection was our inspector. He was very easy to talk to and if me or my wife had a question he would stop and explain it to us. He was very thorough in is inspection, found issues with the home that could have ended up costing us a lot of money. I would recommend this company for your home inspection. We are actually having them inspect our future home this week.
