Jon was fantastic. He came out to inspect the 1952 home I am buying. He was prompt, thorough and efficient. He found things that the previous inspection (different buyer that fell through) didn't. Jon walked me through everything at the end, explaining his findings clearly. He helped me identify what was a priority to be addressed. And afterward, I emailed him several times bugging him with questions, and he replied promptly and politely. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Jeff Wood recently performed a home inspection for us on 08/15/2016. JEFF WOOD IS THE REAL DEAL when it comes to a complete detailed report. His knowledge of home construction is outstanding. He performed the most detailed and precise inspection of our crawlspace I have ever seen. The crawlspace is only 18 inches high and 1100 square feet. Jeff must have spent 1 hr in reviewing this section of the home. His camera pictures were awesome. They were crystal clear! If your looking for a honest , HARD working inspector Jeff is your man! He found several areas of our home that needed prompt attention, and took time in detail to review the items in question and the proper steps to correct them. Thanks Jeff

Affordable Inspections, Inc recently inspected a government owned property that we were considering for our first house. Thank goodness they did! We'll never know exactly how much money they saved us but I'm going to hazard a guess that it was a bundle. Tim Hanlon was incredibly thorough. He crawled in and around and under everything, explaining things clearly as he went, and was never condescending when he answered our questions.
