I am so glad that Austin at Affordable Inspections was recommended to me by our realtor. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. From the first call I knew that he was the inspector I wanted to go with. He took his time talking with me and explaining the process to me and the services they provide. After the inspection, he was also incredibly thorough in explaining the items that came up in the inspection report. The report was detailed, included pictures, and clear descriptions of the condition of the home. I had Jeff Wood come out to inspect a property I'm buying out in Hot Springs. He was very thorough and found some important issues. The roof was only 10 years old and was not installed properly. The owners had no idea since they never went up on roof to look after it was done. We have negotiated for a new roof and moving forward with the sale. Jeff also made himself available to me for my many calls and questions after the inspection which gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend him. Thanks so much Jeff!

Afterward, he prioritized and went into great detail about specific things that needed to be addressed in a way that I could clearly understand. His knowledge and friendliness were a godsend!
