Google review 11/2/2025Chad inspected our house. He over emphasized non-issues while completely skipping completely obvious plumbing issues. The septic inspector that was recommended completely missed a large belly in the main sewer line. Our agent recommended this company and I feel really let down, because I feel like they were trying to not compromise the sale for our agent. I'm out over 30 grand on this house. The good news, is they're quick to refund for the inspection.
Google review 6/13/2025Chad Bryant of Affordable Inspections was EXCELLENT! His inspection of my house was very thorough and he took the time to show me some of his findings. He explained anything I didn’t understand and entertained all questions. The final report was so much more than I was expecting, it was very detailed with photos documenting everything. In my opinion, the rates were a bargain and I would happily have paid more, and obviously highly recommend!

They were friendly, courteous and completely understanding when I had questions about something in the home. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a home inspection. Google review 7/31/2023Chad was excellent! His thorough inspection uncovered a problem with the master bath shower that allowed us to get an $8,000 credit at closing! The report he filed was very detailed including routine maintenance items we will need to be on top of as new home owners. I can't think Chad and Affordable Inspections enough for their highly professional execution. Highly recommend using their services for your next home purchase!

Google review 7/26/2023It may seem pricey at first, but the level of expertise, the detail, and the thoroughness of the inspection more than made this the best home inspection we have ever ordered. Austin communicated well and was able to perform the inspection and generate the report quickly enough to meet our tight schedule. He handled the house, septic and well testing, eliminating two other tests we would have to order, saving is time and hassle. I highly recommend Austin and Affordable Inspections!
